Explore your interests and hobbies and expand your world by working on patches created just for you. The patches on a girl’s uniform are a record of her journey and accomplishments as a Girl Scout. Proudly show what you have accomplished during your Girl Scout journey by displaying official GSUSA insignia on the front of your sash or vest and GSDH patches on the back of your sash or vest.

PURPOSE
To enhance the Girl Scout Leadership Experience.

To provide an opportunity for girls to learn how they discover themselves

and the world around them, connect with others and their community and

take action to make the world a better place at Girl Scout Events.

DIRECTIONS

Attend 3 Girl Scouts— Dakota Horizons events.

Complete the activity worksheet.

Purchase the patch at you local GSDH shop.

Girl Scout Week Patch Program

PURPOSE
To encourage Girl Scouts of all ages to observe the significance of Girl Scout week. To demonstrate pride in being a member of the world’s largest organization for girls.

DIRECTIONS
Complete the required activities and two of the additional activities.
Have a Girl Scout Leader (or Parent) verify and sign completed form.
Visit or contact your local Retail Store to purchase your special Girl Scouts—Dakota Horizons Girl Scout Week patch! Cost is $1.50 per patch.
